Registration

  1. If you are coming to our centre for the first time, you have to register. So that we have your complete record. So that we can revisit your details again & again for your better health.
  2. Our Centre will provide you a UHID Number and a card.

Day Care Admission

Admission at A M Multi-speciality Centre, Kolkata.

Payment or deposit

  1. Depending on the requirement of your treatment, payment or deposit will be in advance.
  2. Our executives will guide you about the packages and help us the needful.
  3. We expect payment in the forms of Cash/ Travelers Cheque/ all major credit cards and DD drawn in favour of A M Medical Centre.
  4. All payment will receive only through Billing departments. In case of any assistance regarding billing, please feel free to contact Billing Department.

Insurance

To avail cashless insurance for Day Care procedures? Do all the Insurance companies provide cashless facilities for Day Care procedures? Most of healthcare insurance policies do offer cashless facility and root your policies through a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).

NETWORK HOSPITALS ARE THOSE THAT YOUR TPA HAS AGREEMENT WITH. IN CASE OF DAY CARE FACILITIES, IF YOU GET ADMITTED IN DAY CARE HOSPITAL YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR CASHLESS, SUBJECT TO OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN YOUR POLICY BEING FULFILLED.

In case your insurance does not have enlisted with us, you have to settle the payment directly and seek reimbursement through TPA.

Planned Hospitalization

  1. In Day Care procedures we always have planned hospitalization, you would have first consulted a doctor who would advise you on a probable date of hospitalization.
  2. In case you have not applied for a pre-authorization sufficiently in advance or if the doctor treating you advises you to get hospitalized immediately after the consultation, our Corporate Help Desk will assist you through the pre-authorization procedure.
